Each of us carries a story — woven with joy and sorrow, courage and uncertainty, loss and hope.
In this retreat, we’ll explore the sacredness of our own stories and discover how they reveal the
threads of grace running through our lives. Together, we’ll listen deeply, reflect, and engage
practices that invite us to name what is true, to honor the thresholds we’ve crossed, and to
imagine what’s waiting beyond the next one.

Through storytelling, guided reflection, and gentle conversation, Beth Dunwody will help
participants recognize the sacred in the ordinary and reclaim their own narratives as sources of
healing, courage, and connection. Whether you come seeking renewal, clarity, or companionship
on the journey, this retreat offers space to listen—to your story, to others, and to the still, small
voice of the Holy within.
