Each attendee is responsible for making their own room reservations please call 800-325-0720. A block of rooms has been reserved. King room is $174 and 2 Queens room is $174 plus taxes. Be sure to mention code 10171409 to receive this special rate. Deadline to reserve hotel rooms is October 4, 2026.
After the October 4th deadline our block of hotel rooms are released to the public and rates go up and there may not be any rooms available even at a higher rate. So please book sooner rather than waiting until later. You can always cancel the room reservation according to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
